Trusted Site - faster access

EnCompass Tip of the Week - Citrix Access Gateway trusted site

Adding the Citrix Access Gateway to your list of "Trusted Sites" will speed up getting through the gateway to the EnCompass icons.

To do this click on "Tools" on the menu bar and select "Internet Options":

Then click on the "Trusted Sites" icon followed by the "Sites" button:

Enter the Gateway address - https://www.growhowencompass.co.uk, click on "Add", then "OK" and finally "OK" on the original "Internet Options" box:

No promises on how much quicker access will become (we have timed it at 15 seconds) but if you still have a lengthy (3-4 minutes) pause please call the Advice Centre (0151 357 5758).
