EnCompass Tip of the Week - Shadow facility
This is nothing too mysterious. One of the benefits of holding EnCompass on one of our computers at Ince is that we can see exactly what you are up to! Well only on EnCompass.
This facility has proven itself many times over to assist with one off queries and refresher lessons on EnCompass.
If there is something you are unsure of, for example how to finalise a recommendation and make a start to next year, please call the GH Advice Centre or your GrowHow Technical Adviser and we can go through the screens using the shadow facility. A "virtual" training session as it were.
There are three provisos:
Advance booking of time slot preferable but not necessary
Real farmer situations only
Session likely to last 30 minutes but there will be a guillotine after 45 minutes.
School lessons always used to last about 45 minutes, both teacher and pupils needed a change and were ready for the bell.
