Modifiable fertilisers
Enter the bag analysis, or the kg/1000 litre for liquids, whether you are working acres or hectares as:
You can enter as many as you wish for each farmer. Each one is specific to a season and will appear on the fertiliser list with the name you chose. Hint - to place the product at the top of the list just below the GrowHow brands put a space in before the name.
Note - enter the details in the same units (metric or imperial) as you wish to use it in the recommendation. Once in the recommendation it can be switched from imperial to metric and vice versa. Do not enter the details when the farm is metric and then use the fertiliser when the farm has been switched to imperial.
Modifiable Manures
Use the analysis provided in the test report.
If the farm is metric use kgN/tonne or kgN/1000 litre.
If the farm is imperial use units/50kg bag or units/1000 gallon.
The availabilities are calculated using RB209 and Manner. If N appears to have 0 availability double check the DM% is one that may be used, e.g. FYM = 25%DM.
