Happy 45th Birthday Nitram
GrowHow UK is offering one of its customers a chance to win a lorry load of ammonium nitrate, worth up to £6,000 and farmers who qualify are automatically entered.
The GrowHow competition is part of the company's celebrations of 45 years of Nitram production. To qualify for entry into the competition, farmers in mainland Great Britain need to take delivery of at least 10.2 tonnes of GrowHow fertiliser products between 1 October 2009 and 31 March 2010.
The winner will receive 45 bags (27 tonnes) of Nitram, delivered in 600kg bags, worth up to £6,000.
"Nitram and its blue bag are an established part of the British farming scene - both arable and grassland," said Ken Bowler, Marketing Manager of GrowHow UK. "As part of celebrating our history, we felt it appropriate that we give farmers buying our products this season a chance to join in the celebrations."
The lucky winner will be announced early in April 2010.
