EnCompass Tip of the Week - Access to EnCompass
It seems very simple during the training course and then a few days later back at home or in the office - exactly how do you log into EnCompass?
Try this:
Open Internet Explorer, go to https://www.growhowencompass.co.uk to open the Citrix Access Gateway.
Enter the details given out with the RSA SecureID keyfob and described in the instruction manual.
What the instruction manual will not tell you -
The password is case sensitive, if you have problems type it correctly in Word (or similar), highlight it and copy & paste into the box.
Do not use the SecureID number more than once, wait for the next one.
If you are asked for the next SecureID number - call the Advice Centre.
After several failed attempts at this stage the system will decide that you are trying to hack into the system and lock you out for a while. Do not keep battering away for an hour or two - call the Advice Centre.
This will let you through the gateway and provide a choice of programs.
Select either of the EnCompass programs and you will have to identify yourself:
User Name: Forename Surname E.g. John Scott not case sensitive
Password: Personal password thtwdbetelling not case sensitive
You will then have a blank screen ready for you to select the farmer or recommendation screen and make a start.
